 Medicaid Non-Emergency Medical Transportation

If you are a person with Medicaid, Medicaid will pay for a ride to a non-emergency appointment. There are some stipulations. You must not have or cannot afford reasonable transportation yourself i.e. your car is not trustworthy, is broke down, or you simply cannot afford the price of gasoline, you also would not have a family member willing to provide a ride for you. 24 hour advanced notice is required.

We at Mountain High Shuttle feel that everyone is entitled to a clean, comfortable ride to and from their appointment regardless of their ability to pay.
If you are not a person with Medicaid just call and we can work out an arrangement for payment. If we already have a van scheduled on the day of your trip we can make things more affordable depending upon your ability to pay.

How do I schedule a ride?

You may contact us by e-mail, or by any of the phone numbers listed. Please have your Medicaid ID #, Date of Birth, Date/time of appointment, Reason for appointment, Address of appointment and a Pick up/drop off address ready when scheduling an appointment. This will make the process a lot smoother. Remember 24 hour advance notice is required by Medicaid so try to contact us at least 2 days before your appointment when possible. If we don’t answer please leave a message.
