Cancellation Policy

Cancellation as soon as possible is desired by phone or e-mail.  If you do not cancel and the driver comes to the pick up point there may be a fee of $20.00 depending upon circumstance.

No-show policy

If we come to pick you up and you are a “no-show” there will be a $20.00 fee billed to you as per our cancellation policy

Rider Rights

Mountain High Shuttle customers / riders have the following rights.

1-     The right to a clean, comfortable, safe, environment and vehicle ride to and from your appointment

2-     To be treated with dignity and respect by all associated with Mountain
  High Shuttle

3-     To have fast return service to all transportation requests

4-     That your confidential information will remain confidential at all times

5-     That you have the right to speak to an owner if our service is not what
  is promised
